- Develop and maintain MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and BEP compliance.
- Enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across disciplines.
- Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Scanning teams for integrated models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Extract construction drawings, schedules, shop drawings, and 3D views for tendering, construction, and handover.
- Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and version control in the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Use ACC tools (Docs, RFIs, Submittals) for issue tracking and site coordination.
- Support 4D (construction sequencing) and 5D (quantity take-off) simulations as needed.
- Integrate point cloud or laser scan data for as-built validation (if applicable).
- Produce presentation-quality renders or visual outputs (optional for architectural scope).
- Provide BIM knowledge-sharing and escalate process improvements to the Project BIM Lead.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure clash-free and constructible models.
