Description:
- Pantry & Utility Maintenance – Ensure cleanliness, restocking, and maintenance of pantry areas, coffee machines, and utility zones.
- Inventory Management – Conduct daily and monthly stocktaking of pantry items and stationery; update inventory and report low supplies.
- Meeting Room Setup – Prepare, arrange, and reset meeting rooms with refreshments and necessary equipment.
- Appliance Upkeep – Perform basic maintenance and regular cleaning of kitchen appliances (e.g., refrigerators, coffee machines).
- Event Assistance – Set up and restore rooms for VIP events and ensure proper service of meals and refreshments.
- Utensil Cleaning – Wash and maintain cleanliness of crockery, utensils, and kitchenware after use.
- Facility Checks – Conduct daily checks to ensure functionality of non-IT equipment (lights, aircon, projectors, etc.); report faults.
- Stationery Replenishment – Monitor and top up paper, envelopes, and stationery at utility areas.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, food services or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
