Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Manage the team and be ready to stand in when required
- Plan for team's development, setup for SOPs where required
- Monitor and aid in solving day to day issues where needed
- Managing department budgets and get involved in setting targets
- Manage elevated customer concerns and negotiate claims.
- Prepare performance reports & improvement plans
