We are seeking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales and Operation Manager to resolve day to day operation issues, improving the sales performance of all stores and implementation of Company monthly and seasonal marketing and promotional campaign.
Job description
- ensure the team is well trained on customer service standard set by the company.
- equip the team with relevant products and company process knowledge to provide excellent customer service to both potential and cinfirmed customer.
- train and retrain the team on new products launch, monthly and seasonal marketing and promotional campaign.
- provide customized training to individual team members accordingly base on their individual learning and understanding capacity.
- motivate and ensure all team member has the necessary mindset and support to achieve their monthly sales target thus Company's sales target.
- provide feedback to improve both sales performance and daily operation efficiency.
- make sure the store and product displayed within the store is presentable, in working condition and are accordance to Companys' intended standard for potential customer to have a positive experience when visiting the store.
- plan and manage the daily manpower duty rooster to ensure smooth operation within all the stores and event venues.
- will be required to man store and make off day re-adjustment due to unforseen circumstances.
- take ownership of the P&L for the stores and ad-hoc event to drive profit, cost management and resources allocation.
- creatively to gather market treand and competitors' information.
Requirement
- Minimum 4 years and above retail operation manager experience
- Understand Singapore reatil landscape and challenges
- Independent and creative to resolve manpower issue, inter-colleage conflict, customer service issue and at times deem as "unreasonable" demand from Boss.
- Necessary computer sofeware and mobile app knowledge example, Excel, Outlook, Capcut, Canva
- 6 days work week
