We’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead our expanding pantry services division in Singapore. You’ll oversee daily servicing of office pantries across multiple corporate sites, while managing inventory and logistics from two small warehouses.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a dedicated operations team
- Manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse distribution
- Maintain strong client relationships and service quality
- Identify and implement operational improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience within operations/people management (hospitality, FMCG, facilities, or similar)
- Established strong leadership and multi-site management skills
- Demonstrate good organisational & decision-making skills
- Minimum 3 years in Inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to be hands-on and adaptable when required
