Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with the Principal,Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Mayflower ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
- Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
- Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.
- Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
- Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
- Perform traffic warden duty.
Job Requirements:
- Able to understand simple English.
- Strong and healthy.
- Preferably has 1 year experience in Facilities and Estate Management support work.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1st Jan 2026 to 31st Dec 2026.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursday: 7am to 4pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Fridays : 7am to 3.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
