Job Scope:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial & admin support to CEO
- Prepare & manage correspondences, emails & documents
- Compiling & preparing reports, presentations
- Doing operational and documentation, filling, simple design etc
- Ensure all matters are followed up promptly Site visiting, attend meeting or some courses, etc
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experiences (preferably F&B sector)
- Diploma or Degree
- Able to work independently
- At least 60-70 WPM typing speed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities. Able to travel and attend events outside of regular working hours.
