We’re building a dedicated supply chain to deliver fresh produce, groceries, and condiments to businesses (e.g., restaurants, canteens).
Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution and Resource Planning: Thoroughly understand the company's strategy, inventory resources based on business phase goals, formulate long-term and short-term operational strategies and implementation plans, clarify the division of labor among departments, rationally allocate resources, and drive goal achievement.
2. Data Decision Support: Build a data monitoring system, track key indicators, explore data value, provide analytical reports, provide a basis for decision-making, and continuously optimize processes.
3. Product and Customer Operations: Analyze market and customer needs, plan product mix, improve supply and demand matching, develop strategies for developing and retaining different customers, and collaborate with various departments to achieve performance goals.
4. Team Management: Build a team structure based on business needs, responsible for recruitment, division of labor, and training. Focus on team development, conduct performance evaluations, and organize training to enhance team capabilities.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate closely with multiple departments and coordinate to resolve issues. Regularly organize cross-departmental meetings to share information and improve overall operational efficiency.
6. Industry Insight and Innovation: Monitor industry and competitor trends, collect information, and explore new operating models based on company realities. Develop forward-looking strategies for the company to enhance its market competitiveness.
Specialist Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research on the corporate cafeteria, hotel, and branded catering markets to fully understand client needs, market trends, and competitive offerings. Regularly produce high-quality analytical reports and effectively implement valuable recommendations to boost performance.
2. Based on data analysis and research, identify specific client needs and continuously optimize client solutions. Develop phased operational strategies encompassing product listings, marketing plans, and sales tools to increase market share and gross profit margin for specific clients.
3. Oversee the entire client operation process, including market development, customer relationship maintenance, and value-added services. This includes quoting and pricing, reconciliation and invoicing, increasing gross profit per customer, and optimizing fulfillment plans to ensure project performance targets are met.
4. Maintain product information and pricing, ensuring data accuracy. Analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, gross profit, product penetration, and retention rates, and regularly prepare cost reports to provide data support for business decisions.
5. Establish and improve client management rules and processes, manage client information in a refined manner, and ensure that client data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 6. Collaborate with sales, back-end, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service from order placement to after-sales service, enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
Supervisor Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in operations management, business administration, or other related fields.
2. At least three years of operational management experience in the B2B fresh produce industry, with team management experience preferred.
3. Familiarity with operational processes and excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, enabling effective cross-departmental collaboration.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, able to cope with various challenges in the workplace.
6. Proficient in business English communication and the ability to independently conduct overseas business negotiations and work communications; overseas work experience is preferred.
Specialist
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least two years of experience in fresh produce market or product operations, and expertise in research and report generation.
