Operations Support Officer

Working Hours
Personnel may be deployed on the following shifts:
Monday to Thursday
- Shift A: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift B: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift C: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift D: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift E: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Friday
- Shift A: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift B: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift C: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift D: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Shift E: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Personnel may be required to work on Saturdays for college-wide events or when necessary.
No service is required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays, unless needed for major college events.
Scope of Services
- Cleaning of venues and classrooms (sweeping, mopping, rubbish disposal, wiping, arranging furniture)
- General cleaning of the General Office (weekly and as required)
- Opening and closing of venues and classrooms
- Performing gate duties and managing traffic
- Arming and disarming security systems
- Supporting clearance of damaged furniture and stores
- Setting up furniture for examinations
- Providing logistics support during internal and external events
- Supervising contractors on-site
- Assisting with basic library duties, if required
- Performing estate management duties and other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, Administration Manager, Vice Principal, or Principal
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably completed Primary School Education or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities and estate management support preferred
- Able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to speak and understand simple English

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
