• Carry out cleaning tasks in classrooms and other venues, including sweeping, mopping, disposing of rubbish, wiping surfaces, and arranging tables and chairs.
• Perform general cleaning of the General Office at least once a week, or as needed.
• Open and close classrooms and other college venues daily.
• Manage traffic flow, operate college gates, and carry out gate duties.
• Arm and disarm the college’s security system as required.
• Assist in removing damaged furniture and clearing out storage items when necessary.
• Support the setup and arrangement of furniture for examinations.
• Provide logistics assistance for both internal college functions and external events.
• Oversee and monitor contractors performing work within the college premises.
• Perform basic library-related tasks when assigned.
• Handle estate management duties and carry out any other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager, Administration Manager, Vice Principal, or Principal.
