Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in the construction industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure and building sectors.
- Conduct regular site visits and cold calls to prospect
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in construction materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
Education & Experience:
- Minmum O level/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
