Job Title: Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of farming (managing and growing existing accounts) and hunting (identifying and acquiring new business opportunities) . This is a field-based role requiring extensive client interaction, relationship building, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting (New Business Development)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/market segment.
- Proactively prospect, generate leads, and secure new customers through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
Farming (Account Management)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Regularly meet with key accounts to ensure continued engagement and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
General
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a similar outdoor sales role.
- Strong track record in both hunting and farming .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Preferred knowledge of renovation related.
