Salary:
- $12 -$13/h
- $20 laundry allowance.
Cafe Operating hours:
- 10.15am to 8.15pm (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
Working Hours
- Min 4 hours / shift.
- 30mins lunch break for shifts more than 5 hours.
- 30mins lunch and 30mins dinner break for full day shifts.
Qualifications:
- Valid Food safety course certification.
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma certification.
- At least 1 year experience in operations/baking/barista.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a love for baking/coffee.
- Friendly, positive, and eager to contribute to a fun, growing cafe.
Operations Manager Job description:
- Oversee Cafe operations.
- Ensure overall safety and hygiene of Café work areas.
- Ensure staff adhere to NEA standards and guidelines on food hygiene (handling & storage)
- Which includes and not limited scheduling of staff
- Oversee inventory and management of food materials & waste, which includes and not limited to ordering of food / materials, usage to ensure minimal wastage, proper disposal of food waste etc.
- Oversee equipment inventory and its proper maintenance and working condition.
- Manage internal orders for events and does not limit to this and can change according to business needs and will be discussed and agreed prior to any changes.
