Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach to our partners network
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calls and other outreach methods to introduce our organization and partnership opportunities.
- Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to secure interest and schedule follow-up discussions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, nurturing relationships from initial contact to setting an appointment.
- Possess the tenacity to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude, continuously refining your approach for better results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of interested partners and provide necessary support.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and partnership development efforts.
Requirements:
- Proficient and fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent articulation skills.
- Quick thinking and adaptable, able to tailor your pitch and respond effectively to various scenarios during cold calls.
- Possess the tenacity to handle rejections and remain persistent in achieving outreach goals.
- Friendly, warm, and passionate about making new connections and expanding our network.
- Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow.
