Job Description:
As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing outreach and enrollment activities on the ground. This includes supervising teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of field programs. Prior experience in programs related to NEA, community outreach, hygiene inspections, or premises visits will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day campaign or outreach operations
- Plan schedules and deploy ground teams effectively
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot field issues
- Liaise with partners, vendors, or public agencies when necessary
- Train and guide junior team members on standard procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, outreach, or field operations
- Preferably 3–5 years of operations or team management experience
- Hands-on experience in public-facing campaigns or hygiene-related inspections is a plus
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and lead small teams
