Job Description:
- Prepare, bake and present wide range of chocolate cakes, gourmet cakes & cookies and pastries, meeting and adhering to company’s process specifications.
- Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients needed for daily production
- Basic cake icing and decoration duties
- Operate baking equipments and tools
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all ingredients in accordance with sanitation & health regulations
- Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
- Any other duties assigned by the Chief Baker
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Pastry Baking.
- Minimum of 1 year practical experience in the volume production of baked goods such as pastry, cakes and breads and cookies
- Must have WSQ Basic Food and Hygiene Course Certificate
