Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online advertising strategies to drive student enrollments (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Manage ad accounts: set budgets, upload creatives, and optimize campaigns for performance
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-quality visuals and landing pages
- Monitor daily ad performance, analyze key metrics (e.g. CPL, CTR, CVR), and provide regular reporting
- Follow up on leads collected through online channels or events; initiate parent conversations to support enrollment conversions
- Support offline marketing efforts with digital promotion and lead-capture mechanisms
- Coordinate with internal teams on enrollment planning and campaign timelines
- Manage external lead sources where relevant, and assess cost-effectiveness and quality of leads
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and customer conversion funnels
- Prior experience in the education sector is a strong advantage
- Ability to craft compelling ad copy in English that resonates with parents
- Data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze results and adjust campaigns for better outcomes
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable engaging with prospective parents
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and accountable for marketing and enrollment results
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to support communication with Mandarin-speaking families

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
