Job Description
- Provide full administration and confidential secretarial support to Chairman.
- Managing Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and traveling reservation.
- Assist in Zoom conference call set up. Arrange Flights and Visa’s when possible.
- Assist in drafting business documents/letters, maintain and keep record of confidential documents and filling system
- Assist on Corporate Secretarial matters
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Any other administrative ad-hoc duties.
