We are seeking a Pet Hotel & Café Operations Manager with strong hospitality management expertise and proven experience in pet resort and animal care operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, elevate service standards, and lead teams across both the pet hotel and café businesses.
This role requires a candidate with a unique combination of hospitality know-how, animal care knowledge, and F&B management skills , ensuring consistent excellence across our group’s service pillars.
Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Operations: Lead and oversee all aspects of the pet hotel, including daycare, boarding, grooming coordination, and wellness services.
- Café Operations: Manage the operations of the affiliated pet café, ensuring smooth service, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Design and implement international-standard hospitality service protocols for both pets and owners.
- Team Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff across hotel and café functions, ensuring professionalism and high service standards.
- Facility & Service Development: Innovate and implement new enrichment activities, wellness programs, and café experiences.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with NParks/AVS regulations (animal care) and NEA standards (F&B hygiene).
- Business & Resource Management: Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, optimize operations, and support group-level growth initiatives.
- Client Relations: Act as primary liaison for VIP clients, providing tailored experiences and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Animal Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in hospitality management, pet resort operations, or F&B service management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high standards in both animal care and customer service.
- Knowledge of international hospitality best practices and ability to adapt them to a pet care context.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
