What You’ll Do
- Support the development and management of project schedules across engineering, procurement, validation, and commissioning.
- Monitor progress, highlight potential delays, and recommend recovery actions.
- Serve as a key liaison with Chinese-speaking vendors/partners, translating technical updates when needed.
- Prepare progress reports to ensure timelines meet GMP and regulatory milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA/CSV, Procurement, Validation) to keep projects aligned.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in project scheduling or coordination (pharma, biotech, or EPC preferred).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project (L5 expertise).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese .
- Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory project requirements.
- Familiarity with online planning and digital project systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in CQV / pharma facility projects.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification.
