Our client is one of Singapore’s leading main contractors with over 40 years of proven expertise in building construction, they are seeking motivated, independent, and team-oriented individuals to be part of their dynamic workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple departments (Costing, M&E, Business, Construction) to align tender requirements, planning, and EHS matters.
- Prepare and manage tender-related documentation and schedules , including Microsoft Project timelines, manpower estimates, and technical support for queries.
- Review and propose construction sequences, temporary site facilities, and cost-effective ERSS in compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, value engineering opportunities, and key items in tender documents, and participate in subcontractor/supplier meetings and site safety inspections.
- Collaborate with project teams and office management to ensure compliance, obtain approvals, and improve site EHS standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salary: Up to $7,000.
Working location: Central.
