Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Managing CapEx planning and ensuring on-time feedback from production sites .
- Proactively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve forecast and supply risk issues.
- Tracking and managing CapEx KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generating management reports and driving performance improvement and gap closure.
- Challenging and justifying equipment investment requests to achieve CapEx optimization .
- Driving production capacity through equipment optimization across global sites.
- Leading projects to improve internal processes and optimize planning processes and tools .
- Establishing clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance .
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably in the Semiconductor industry .
- Strong work ethic , self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Solid business acumen , analytical ability , problem-solving skills , and project management experience .
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams from different countries and cultures .
- Experience in data analytics tools , such as Tableau , is an advantage.
