Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating and improving post-investment management systems and processes;
- Supervise the implementation of investment projects to ensure that projects are advanced as planned;
- Regularly conduct project evaluations, propose improvement measures, and track their implementation;
- Collaborate closely with the investment team to promptly identify and resolve issues; Responsible for communicating and coordinating with invested enterprises to promote the implementation of their development strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred;
- More than 5 years of work experience in post-investment management or related fields;
- Possess solid financial analysis capabilities and market insight;
- Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit;
- Possess strong stress resistance and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment；
- Able to travel frequently
