• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules across multiple surface treatment lines.
• Oversee receiving of customer parts, proper documentation, and routing to the correct processes.
• Supervise a team of operators (local and foreign) and ensure SOPs are followed for masking, pretreatment, and finishing.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires on surface treatment techniques and safety protocols.
• Work closely with QC team to support inspection, first article verification, and defect reduction.
