Assist in the preparation of reagents, calibration materials, and quality control products according to established SOPs.
Maintain accurate records of raw and supplementary materials usage, ensuring proper labeling and traceability.
Support inventory management by monitoring material usage and reporting low stock levels to the supervisor or procurement team.
Collect, handle, and record raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials required for daily production activities.
Complete production logbooks and related documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Operate production equipment and ensure cleanliness of facilities and workstations in line with process and regulatory requirements.
Follow laboratory-related safety and quality management standards.
Support daily production tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Assist in e-commerce order fulfillment, including basic packing and labeling of products for shipment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or management team.
Requirements
Experience in IVD production, controlled environment operations, or related manufacturing settings preferred.
Familiarity with production quality systems for in vitro diagnostic or medical products.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy and compliance.
Able to follow instructions and SOPs closely, with good time management skills.
Proactive, reliable, and a team player with willingness to learn.
Ability to work under supervision and meet tight production schedules.
