Job Scope:
- Coordinate and administer programmes in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
- Administer grant-related processes including claims review, salary support verification, and employer enquiries.
- Monitor submissions, consolidate reports, and maintain accurate programme records.
- Track claims, support audits, and contribute to SOP enhancements for efficiency and service quality.
- Provide operational support for projects/events and assist senior management with ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Working Location: Central
Salary: $2,800
