Job Summary
The Programme Assistant has general and specific roles in coordinating and organizing psycho-social rehab programmes and activities which are important to facilitate members’ recovery and reintegration in the community. The Programme Assistant will work under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Rehab Services / Senior Occupational Therapist (OT).
Duties
1. Provide leadership and direction to members in the programme.
2. Provide support to volunteers involved in various programmes and activities.
3. Assist in implementing and facilitating in psycho-educational programmes and activities as planned.
4. Assist in providing orientation to new members, interns and visitors.
5. Assist in coordinating and organising outings.
6. Provide administrative support such as marking rehab program attendance, work units’ attendance and payments, members’ progress report and collation of feedback forms and documentations.
7. Work closely with the clinical team in providing feedback on the participation of members.
8. Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Rehab Services or Senior OT.
