You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the end-to-end process of migrating data centre infrastructure for large-scale organizations. This includes managing the planning, coordination, and execution of all technical, logistical, and operational aspects of the migration, ensuring minimal disruption to services. You will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with stakeholders, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership. You will develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and contingency strategies, ensuring the migration is completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. - Lead and manage migration of physical servers, storage, network equipment and appliances between Data Centres.
- Oversee the two vendor migration tracks, based on a workload distribution ratio of approximately between the two platforms, ensuring clear accountability, progress tracking, and vendor performance management.
- Drive the project across its full lifecycle (estimated 2.5 years), covering planning, infrastructure design, build, cutover, and post-migration stabilization, in compliance with the bank’s regulatory, security, and risk management frameworks.

- Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines.
- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),
- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.
