About the team:
The Big Campaigns team sits within the Business Development function and plays a key role in driving Shopee’s major campaigns (e.g. Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns, etc.). We work closely with internal stakeholders to execute high-impact, data-driven campaigns that engage users and deliver business results.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Business Development Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are keen to build a career in e-commerce, campaign execution, and strategic project management.
Job Description:
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g. Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns)
- Translate commercial goals into actionable strategies (e.g. discount structures, seller requirements)
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure key deals and ensure seamless execution
- Monitor performance via dashboards, identify gaps, flag issues, and recommend improvements
- Partner with BI, Marketing, and BD teams to improve outcomes through data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and campaign management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is a bonus
