Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposal and cost estimation for tender projects
- Estimate project quantities and costs in the preparation of major tenders in a timely and cost effective basis such as to take-off HVAC equipment, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection
- Assist the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical matters and costing matters during the process of securing the contracts
- Plan, prepare, coordinate and consolidate all estimating activities
- Interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works and etc
- Follows all relevant tendering / proposals policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in ACMV / BMS in building sector preferred
