**Requirements**: Experience in customer service, coordinator, purchasing, administration, etc. Familiarity with Xero accounting system and Excel is preferred. Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Working Hours**: 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- **Leave Benefits**: 10 days of annual leave; 10 days of sick leave (maximum 14 days).
- **Other Information**: Prepare and send quotation requests to suppliers; process and track purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices; accurately record and maintain data items and material support in Xero and Monday.com systems; arrange and track the procurement progress of raw materials for HDB projects; work closely with project and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
