Responsibilities:
- The supervisor leads a team of inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality control practices.
- Actively address any quality-related problems that arise during the curtain wall installation process
- Quality Planning and Implementation
- Develop project-specific QA/QC plans
- Create and implement detailed plans outlining quality control procedures and standards for each project.
- Develop checklists to ensure thorough and consistent inspections are performed.
- Verify that quality control measures align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Ensure that all work complies with the approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Quality Audits and Inspections
- Conduct ongoing quality audits
- Regularly assess the quality of work performed on-site to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
- Perform quality control inspections:
- Conduct inspections of curtain wall components and installations to verify compliance with standards.
- Participate in weekly meetings:
- Provide updates on inspection findings, discuss site issues, and collaborate with other team members on quality-related matters.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders:
- Act as a point of contact for quality-related communication between the company and the client.
- Prepare and maintain documentation:
- Ensure all quality control records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
