Your position
As Quality Specialist, you will be working to ensure the quality performance within our organisation and offshore operations across the world. You will act as a key sparring partner for both project management and our clients in improving the quality performance for tenders, projects, and audits.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will play a central role in improving the quality performance within Semco Maritime and within complex projects in Singapore and Denmark. Furthermore, you will support the development and execution of quality initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibility will also be to ensure quality support in tenders and projects.
Candidates should be aware that HSE-related duties will be incorporated into this position. A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance will be considered an asset.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Creating project quality plans, inspection- and test-plans, project specific audit programmes and other project relevant documents.
- Drive quality in projects.
- Creating proactive action plans for improvements on basis of data
- Ensuring compliance to contracts in projects
- Executing internal audits and supplier audits
- Contributing to trend analysis from reporting system.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address Non-conformance reports and Improvement Proposals
- Integrate Lessons Learned into procedures, Job Safety Analysis and ToolBox Talk Topics
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in the position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the execution of quality activities from Oil & Gas or Renewable projects or industries
- Knowledge of regulatory standards & audit procedures in Quality rules & regulations
- Familiar/Have interest with QHSE disciplines
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
- Certifications like ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor and/or Certified Quality Professional Certifications would be advantageous.
- Certificate in CompEX is highly desirable
