Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender documents (BoQ, SOW, subcontract drafts, cost comparisons)
- Perform cost estimation, planning, and quantity measurement
- Handle monthly progress claims, payment responses, and subcontractor payments
- Source quotations for materials and services; prepare RFQs and conduct price analysis
- Oversee budget tracking, variation orders, final accounts, and cost control
- Manage contract documentation and internal workflows (e.g., ERP, approvals)
- Address contract issues including extensions of time, loss and expense claims
- Ensure compliance with PSSCOC contracts and the Singapore SOP Act
- Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager and project teams
- Maintain accurate and organized project records
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil infrastructure or marine/land reclamation projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of QS and contract administration processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
