Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS) for all kind of RC works.
- Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural works.
- Overseeing the delivery and usage of materials, ensuring they are stored and handled safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
- Manager Rebar relate job and worker arrangement.
- Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in leading and managing team to ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Ability to address and resolve issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to the work schedule
- Working Location: Tampines.
- 6 working days per week.
- Must be willing to work on weekend.
