Job Scope Summary:
1. Front Desk Customer Service: Handle incoming phone enquiries, attend to visitors, and manage courier services.
2. Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
3. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks for finance and non-finance related activities.
4. Data Collation: Collect and analyze data and statistics from surveys.
5. Document Management: Photocopy, scan, fax, and file documents.
6. Resource Distribution: Distribute resources to teachers and classrooms as needed.
7. Ad Hoc Support: Provide support during school activities and events.
8. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives, and Heads of Department.
Job Requirements Summary:
1. Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
3. Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
4. Desirable Experience: Prior experience in general administration in a school environment is an advantage.
