Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 1 year of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, in a technology or cloud environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client and candidate relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing applicants.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive applicants.
  • Work with the team to develop robust and overall pipe-lining strategies that also consider engagement plans.
