Reporting to the APAC Recruitment Manager, this Singapore based role is a unique opportunity for a passionate recruiter to join our high performing APAC recruitment team.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Recruitment Advisor, APAC role has several main areas of responsibility, including:
- End-to-end recruitment delivery across a variety of business services and legal roles across APAC, with a focus on attracting talent directly, where possible. This will involve:
- Managing multiple requisitions at a time – spanning administrative through to senior level roles.
- Deliver across the full recruitment lifecycle – roll briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
- Ensure a high-touch, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Maintain compliance and data integrity in our ATS (Workday) along with other platforms.
- Proactive Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:
- Use targeted sourcing strategies for challenging roles
- Use a variety of channels – from LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, referrals to talent mapping and internal networks.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines, bringing long-term thinking to every search.
- Recruitment Strategy, Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Take accountability for data accuracy so we can monitor key metrics (time to fill, diversity representation, sourcing effectiveness).
- Contribute to broader strategic goals including projects, technology enhancements, process optimisation so our team can implement improvements and raise the bar for efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house, RPO or agency.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume or strategic recruitment across diverse roles.
- Exposure to Workday or other enterprise ATS, and familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search.
- Proven track record delivering sourcing strategies, using Boolean, mapping, pooling and digital tools (or a strong willingness to adopt and make use of such technologies).
- A natural communicator with influencing and relationship management skills combined with a conversational and friendly approach to help when making cold calls and dealing with candidates sourced directly.
- A team player with service delivery focus and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task to a consistently high standard with prioritisation and attention to detail.
