Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with a focus on telemarketing to assist in candidate engagement and interview coordination. This role bridges the gap between admin support and active outreach by calling job applicants and scheduling them for interviews efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold/warm calls to job applicants to assess interest and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Update candidate records and interview statuses in the recruitment system.
- Follow up with no-shows and assist with rescheduling when necessary.
- Prepare call scripts, appointment tracking sheets, and weekly activity reports.
- Support general admin duties like sending interview invites, managing calendars, etc. Ensure candidate data confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Good phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
