Join us at A*STAR IHDP to drive genetic and molecular epidemiologic research using data from longitudinal cohort studies in Singapore and around the world. In this role, you will apply state?of?the?art multi?omics analytical techniques to assist in and lead research projects and contribute to studies with real-world public health impact. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of epidemiologists, biostatisticians, and bioinformaticians to unravel the behavioural and molecular mechanisms that shape early?life development and influence late?life disease risk.
Job Responsibilities
Genetic and molecular epidemiologic analyses in longitudinal cohort studies
Develop, document, and maintain robust analysis workflows to ensure transparency and reproducibility
Learn and implement appropriate statistical techniques and pipelines (e.g., inverse probability weighting, Mendelian randomization, PLINK, GCTA-COJO, SuSiE) to address complex research questions
Prepare clear visualisations, slide decks, and written summaries for internal team presentations and scientific conferences
Data cleaning and management
