- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the daily operations of the existing restaurant network, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational KPIs.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and facilities management
- Analyze performance metrics and create actionable plans to improve profitability, productivity, labour cost and service quality
- Manage and develop a team to build a high-performing operational organization
- Collaborate with the executive on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align operations with the overall business objectives
- Foster a positive work culture and coach/mentor staff to drive employee engagement and retention
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive initial customer traffic and sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
