Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Be a team player and promote positive team dynamics in bar and restaurant
- Support Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager in all areas of floor management
- Supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities
- Support Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures
concerning recording of stock movements
- Develop a strong knowledge of all company menu items / products
- Ensure strict adherence to beverages prep hygiene and personal hygiene guidelines at all times
- - Daily operations - opening/closing of shift, checking system (email, iPad, phone etc) for reservations,
setting up the tables, greeting of guests and up-selling of food & beverages, inventory of floor supplies & equipment - Assisting Restaurant Manager/ Duty Manager to forecast staff, equipment, & supply requirements for daily operations and events.
