We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Events . This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the opening and closing of the store, including banking daily sales.
- Plan, implement, and monitor measures required to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Continuously improve work procedures and operations while ensuring accurate paperwork handling.
- Take charge and provide necessary supervision during stock takes and random count exercises.
- Effectively manage store manpower and scheduling to optimize performance.
- Participate in budget planning and ensure financial targets are met.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your superior. To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in managing and visual merchandiser within the fashion retail industry (At least 6 years)
- To know and apply the visual merchandising standards of the brand and of the season.
- To possess a good product knowledge and fashion awareness.
- Motivation and passion for managing people by example
- Sales oriented person organized and tenacious, problem solver, able to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
- Able to work around Singapore
