We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive or Assistant Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of Japanese food establishment. The candidate should have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels in the Japanese cuisine industry.
- To focus on business development – new customers and new projects.
- To Promote and sell company’s products to foodservice clients, retailers, hotels, or distributors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales process, including leads generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, manage delivery timelines and post-sales support.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in the Japanese cuisine sector.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on sales proposals or branding.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in sales track record in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
- Proficiency in customer service software (e.g. CRM systems) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
