Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or related fields, and a passion for design and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain existing client portfolios.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand service offerings and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and site visits to generate leads and promote the brand.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
- Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, ideally in interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction industries.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and project lifecycles is a plus.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
