As a Sales Manager at NCS, you will drive sales growth, including account penetration, prospect qualification, and closing sales opportunities. You will build deep business relationships with clients to seed and grow future opportunities.

You will act as trusted client advisors, coordinating pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for clients. Your role involves working closely with teams across NCS to define solution offerings and maximize win probability.

What will you do?
  • Lead and grow the Enterprise portfolio and accounts through strong engagement with key decision makers by selling NCS solutions to the target customer base
  • Have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the business needs of the clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams within NCS to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure
  • Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided by NCS
  • Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally
  • Manage and build relationships at all levels with the designated clients that he/she is in-charge of
  • Develop value prepositions and negotiate successfully to close deals
  • Have a good understanding of the organisation’s products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements
  • Drive profitable wins focused on NCS’ core capabilities and growth strategy
  • Coordinate and partner across functional teams and Lines of Businesses (LOBs) within NCS to strike innovative deals, get orders provisioned and meet the customers' service expectations
  • Provide one-stop experience to customers regarding all NCS services
  • Support the Sales Director

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Information Technology with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, especially in IT
  • Proven track record in the regional sales and marketing of technologies, software, services and solutions to clients in the Enterprise Industry
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Confident and persuasive
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Strong presentation skills
