Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to win and grow key accounts across SEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, and partners.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Set sales targets and budget forecasts for the SEA region.
- Support distribution partners with pricing strategy, technical, and marketing needs.
- Explore strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Analyze market and sales data to support business decisions.
- Represent the company at trade events and develop marketing content.
- Act as a technical expert on power systems and industry standards.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid proven direct and channel sales track record.
- Able to present and negotiate.
- Results driven.
- A good team player and enjoys.
- Able to travel frequently and work independently.
