As part of their strategic expansion, they will be launching a new regional office in Singapore in mid-August to serve as a key hub for the Southeast Asia market. With nearly 100 global agent partners, they provide comprehensive freight forwarding solutions across air, sea, and land. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in air, sea, and land freight forwarding services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client needs
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector
- Solid understanding of international freight operations, customs regulations, and documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
