Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Salesforce Administration:
· Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing system configuration, automation, user roles, permissions, and data integrity.
· Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to track pipeline health, sales performance, and quota attainment.
· Design, implement, and manage sales quotas, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and revenue goals.
· Administer and manage the sales commission process, ensuring timely and accurate calculations based on compensation structures.
· Work with Finance to ensure accurate payout calculations and resolve commission disputes.
· Support forecasting models and sales planning efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
Deal Desk & Compliance:
· Review and approve deal pricing and contract terms to ensure alignment with company policies.
· Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to validate contract terms and conditions before deal approvals.
· Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, discounting structures, and revenue recognition guidelines.
· Maintain and enforce deal desk policies, including approval workflows, escalation processes, and compliance standards.
Executive Reporting & Board Support:
· Prepare board decks for Board of Directors meetings, providing key insights on sales performance, revenue trends, quota attainment, and sales efficiency.
· Collaborate with Finance and Leadership to compile key metrics, forecasts, and strategic insights for executive presentations.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency in board-level reporting, leveraging Salesforce and other analytics tools.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing system configuration, automation, and data integrity.
- Strong sales operations knowledge, including quota management, pipeline tracking, and commission processing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting & analytics for tracking sales performance and revenue trends.
- Experience in deal desk operations, pricing approvals, contract validation, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Executive teams on sales planning and reporting.
- Strong forecasting & process improvement skills to optimize sales workflows.
- Experience in executive reporting, including board deck preparation and sales insights.
- High attention to detail and expertise in data accuracy and policy enforcement.
- Preferred: Experience working with SaaS software companies and subscription-based business models.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
