The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Assistant to become the administrative backbone of our operations. This is more than just an administrative role; you'll be a trusted partner to our Operations Manager; a central figure in ensuring our projects and client relationships run smoothly. Your contributions will directly empower our technical team to deliver outstanding work, and you will be a vital part of our day-to-day success.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Empowering the Sales Process: You will be a client-facing champion, handling inquiries, preparing professional quotations and proposals, and keeping our customer records pristine. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in coordinating client meetings and site visits.
  • Driving Project Success: You will work closely with our Operations Manager to keep projects on track. This includes managing project documentation, tracking key milestones, and coordinating logistics with vendors and suppliers.
  • Keeping Our Operations Running Smoothly: You will be the go-to person for all things administrative and logistical. From processing invoices and purchase orders to managing equipment and travel arrangements for our on-site teams, your proactive approach will ensure everything is in its right place.

  • You have a proven track record of success in an administrative, sales support, or operations role.

  • You are proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and are eager to learn new tools and systems.
